This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, memberships, workshops, consultations, live sessions, recorded courses, and digital offerings provided by Dr Aman Bathla’s Courses Private Limited under the ABCreative Ecosystem, including but not limited to:
• The Vibe Connection
• The Diploma Holders
• The Music Seekers
• The Music Maestros
• Workshops, webinars, consultations, and other educational offerings
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made through our platform are final.
As our offerings provide immediate access to digital content, intellectual property, mentorship resources, and community benefits, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be provided after enrollment or payment.
2. Digital Products
Once access to any digital course, workbook, downloadable material, video lesson, or learning resource has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable.
3. Membership Programs
Membership fees for programs such as The Music Seekers, The Musical Maestroes or any recurring mentorship program are non-refundable.
Failure to attend live sessions or utilize membership benefits does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.
4. Workshops, Masterclasses & Live Events
Registration fees for workshops, webinars, seminars, concerts, masterclasses, and live events are non-refundable.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled by us, your registration will remain valid for the revised date or an alternative session, where applicable.
5. Consultations
Fees paid for consultation or discovery sessions are non-refundable.
If a session needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange another mutually convenient time.
6. EMI & Instalment Plans
If a learner chooses an instalment or EMI payment option, they remain responsible for paying the entire agreed course fee according to the selected payment plan.
Discontinuation of participation or voluntary withdrawal from the program shall not relieve the participant of their obligation to pay the full course fee as agreed. In the event of non-payment or default, Dr Aman Bathla’s Courses Private Limited reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings for the recovery of outstanding dues.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances, subject to verification and the sole discretion of Dr Aman Bathla’s Courses Private Limited:
- • A duplicate payment has been successfully charged for the same purchase.
• An incorrect amount has been charged due to a verified technical error on our side.
• In the unfortunate event of the participant’s death or permanent disability resulting from an accident or medical condition, supported by appropriate documentary evidence. Any refund or adjustment, if approved, shall be at the sole discretion of Dr Aman Bathla’s Courses Private Limited. - Any approved refund in such cases will be processed using the original payment method after verification.
8. Course Cancellation by the Company
If a course or program is permanently cancelled by Dr Aman Bathla’s Courses Private Limited before it begins and no suitable alternative is offered, eligible participants will receive a full refund or credit at our discretion.
9. Transfer of Enrolment
Course enrolments, memberships, and access rights are personal and cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned to another individual unless expressly approved in writing.
10. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Suspension of course access.
- Suspension of community access.
- Cancellation of certificates.
- Restriction from future enrolments.
- Recovery proceedings where applicable under law.
